Hey guys, what I have for you today is going to be an at-home one set of dumbbells full body workout. The full body workout is going to do a lot of shoulder work but it's also going to engage legs and core and a little bit of back as well so here we go.
With commercial gyms being shut down temporarily, it doesn't mean you can't work out! Our trainer Clark has an easy full-body circuit for you, using only dumbbells. This simple routine is easy to do right from home!
Do this circuit of 4 exercises for 4 sets of 10 reps, with minimal rest!
- DB thrusters
- Bent over reverse flies
- DB snatch
- Side raises
