Hey guys with the recent quarantines that have been put in place with Corona virus a lot of people are forced to stay at home and are looking for at-home workouts to do.

What I'm going to put out here over these next couple of days is a couple at home workouts that you can do with both minimal equipment or no equipment at all, lower body focus upper body focus or full body, so stay tuned.

The workout that I have for you today is going to be an at-home, no equipment required leg workout.

There's going to be four exercises and there's going to be four sets of these.

You're going to be doing 20 reps of each one.

Your first one is going to be a jumping alternating lunge.

The second one is going to be a jump squat.

Your third one is going to be a reverse lunge to a high knee.

And your fourth one's going to be a co-sack squat.
